  • How long is the lesson?

Lessons can be 45 minutes or 1 hour long.

Starting age.

  • From what age can I start learning ?

from 6 years of age.

Co-ordination

  • I don't think that I have good co-ordination skills, will I be able to become a good drummer?

Everyone can develop their co-ordination. Through a series of exercises and practice, you will develop these skills and learn how to control your hand-eye and feet co-ordination.

Misc.

1. I am 50 years old and have been playing the drums for more then 30 years but have never learnt to read notes. Is it too late for me?

Definatly not!, your experiance will help you , you will be able to read drum notes and to write your own grooves as-well.

2. I know how to read piano charts, will that help me to learn the drums?


Drum charts are based on rythm and beats, Piano charts are based on accordes, although the slight difference you will have a good advantage , after all- the rhythm on both charts are the same only the sound is different.
